Sub-processors
Third parties that process personal data on behalf of Bookable in the course of providing the Services
This page lists the third-party Sub-processors The Bookings Group Limited ("Bookable") uses to provide the Services. It is the canonical list referenced in the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Policy. Operators who have subscribed to change notifications will be notified before a new Sub-processor is added.
1. Infrastructure & hosting
- Google Cloud Platform (europe-west2, London) — primary hosting, databases (Cloud SQL, Firestore), object storage and compute.
2. Communications
- Twilio — SMS notifications and alerts.
- Mailparser.io — inbound email parsing for booking automation.
- SendGrid — transactional email delivery.
3. Payments
- Stripe — payment processing for deposits and ticketed events on bottomlessbrunch.com.
4. AI & processing
- Anthropic — LLM-powered features.
5. Observability
- Sentry — error tracking and monitoring.
- New Relic — application performance and infrastructure monitoring.
- Microsoft Clarity — session recording (bottomlessbrunch.com).
- Google Analytics (GA4) — web analytics.
6. Operator-instructed onward processors
The following parties are not Bookable Sub-processors in the strict DPA sense — they are activated at the Operator's election and the Operator is the controller for personal data routed to them. They are listed here for transparency.
- TMS platforms — Collins, SevenRooms, ResDiary, Zonal.
- Distribution channels — Reserve with Google, Fever, Tonic, Booked.it, and other channels selected by the Operator.
7. Changes
We may update this list from time to time as we add, remove or replace Sub-processors. The current version is always the one published on this page. Operators who have subscribed to change notifications under the DPA will receive advance notice of material changes by email.
