You know hospitality from the inside. You've worked in a venue, run an ops team, or sold software into one. You can read a service-day from a tabling sheet and you know what a no-show really costs.

You empathise with operators and integrators. You've felt the pain of a missed booking, a phantom availability slot, a partner that won't return your webhook. You can hold both sides of a conversation at once.

You're curious about new technologies. LLMs, agent protocols, real-time inventory, payments, SMS — whatever it is, you want to know how it works and whether it could remove a tedious job a host is doing right now.
